MEMBERSHIP NEEDED. All products are sold in bulk. Great electronic products, clothes, and toys at reasonable prices. Large selection of beer, hard liquor, and wines. Fresh meats and fruits available. Plenty of parking. Sams Club gas station near major entrance.

Could be worse. They closed a few locations and this is under staffed I believe. Half the cashier registers are not open advocating to use self checkout. But when a cashier is needed they don’t come to help the customers. Sometimes the cashiers need elevation to redeem a gift card or for checking higher value items. But the help never takes priority. Disappointed

Recently they have added a new option to mobile check out in addition to self-checkout which is very convenient and easy to do. Ask a store member for the $10 discount if you are using it for the first time. 🤑 Great range of variety and helpful staff. Not so neatly organized because of the range they carry compare to Costco :-( Staff was helpful on phone to help locating the product and also in store. Loved that 🥰 Good price savings for everyday essentials.

I love going to this place for my weekly gas: toilet paper, napkins, and much more. Plus, membership is a hundred dollars, but it pays for itself If you shop there a lot.

No fairlifes they run out quick here had to go to desplaines very disappointed but other thn that a lot of parking space, workers were very friendly and helpful! Had one kid help me load my waters and groceries in which was amazing thats the only reason I give them 5 stars this worker was so helpful it was raining out I had my umbrella and he saw me and offered to help! God bless him very nice gentleman

I love the Sam’s Club in Vernon Hills. It is always clean and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Their bakery department is awesome. It’s always fresh and large selection of fruits and vegetables are also fresh and good quality. Don’t hesitate to get a membership with this particular, Sams Club well worth it, not to mention awesome gas prices.

This place has great customer service. They lend me help and even assist me. Some staff also help me grab the products I need when I can't reach the top part of the inventory. The food was a little bit messy. Where I can see some dust in the area. I also saw some products fall to the ground. They should put it in the right place because it can lead to tripping someone when in a hurry. There are also some empty inventory. They should fill it immediately so customer satisfied to this place. They have a great selection where you can buy anything you need. They have a lot of different varieties of products. They have wholesale products where they can save enough money. Some of their products are on sale and some have freebies.

My weekly go-to store. Bread, milk and eggs are fresh and low priced. Also, don’t forget to fill gas at their gas station. Most of the time they have offers on boy’s clothing. 1 less star because their cafe closes very early than store hours. Pizza tastes yummy!!
